SF-VA2000FP is a C-arm radiographic and fluoroscopic system incorporating 40 x 30 cm large field-of-view FPD (Flat Panel Detector), developed for offering a comfortable IVR environment. Adoption of a cantilever tabletop supporting function has secured a wide working space around the tabletop. This allows placing an endoscopic unit and ultrasound system close to the operator so that the examination efficiency can be improved. In addition, the auto-tracking mode allows free operation of the C-arm, increasing the safety of the intubated examinee.
Also, adoption of the CsI method which increases X-ray utility efficiency in FPD together with Hitachi's unique Full Automatic Image Control Engine (FAiCE) has realized “high quality image and low exposure dose”.
Detailed fluoroscopy function which improves the visibility of a thin guide wire and stent as well as the ODL function which increases operability in lateral imaging are newly incorporated. This is really the multi-purpose digital imaging system “offering the optimum IVR environment”.
The incorporated C-arm allows multi-directional examinations including lateral position. In addition, over-table-tube position and under-table-tube position can be switched over to whichever and whenever required, and can be used in multiple examinations such as upper and lower digestive organ examinations, endoscopic examinations, orthopedics and urological/gynecological examinations.

SF-VA2000FP having max. 132cm of working area between tabletop and supporting column allows manipulation and access from the rear. Wide working space realizes not only easy access to the examinee but also easy endoscopic examinations.

Hitachi's unique large field-of-view FPD has a 40 x 30cm FOV which can cover the DIP which cannot be covered even by conventional 16-inch I.I. Furthermore, switching over among 40 x 30cm, 25 x 25cm and 20 x 20cm is possible for selection of the optimum FOV size suited to the area to be diagnosed.
Also, Hitachi's unique vertical/horizontal switch-over mechanism (optional) enables switching-over from ordinary profile to landscape direction FOV and allows covering the wide area of abdomen which can not be accommodated in vertical size FOV, thus providing a plenty of diagnostic information at a time.

The tabletop which is wide enough for not giving anxiety to an examinee is apt to cause interference with the rotating C-arm, and this has been preventing it from free operation. FPD is now equipped with the auto-tracking mode which allows automatically avoiding collision between FPD and the tabletop.
This auto-tracking mode has 4 kinds of mode depending on the purposes which will realize free operation environment, and examination without moving the examinee is possible by the tabletop fixing mode in case the patient is intubated.

In orthopedics examinations, it is desired that the lateral section of examinee's cranio-caudal direction is displayed horizontally on the monitor. ODL (Optimized Display for Lateral position) function which automatically switches over this display is incorporated.
Any special operation is not required in order to make easy-to-understand display, resulting in improved examination efficiency.

ODL function(Optimized Display for Lateral position)

Optimum environment for IVR is provided. Multi directional movement of C-arm and Floating Table allows whole bodyfluoroscopy and radiography without moving patient.
Tabletop can be operated by simple handle manipulation as if it were a floating table. Motorized assisting that detects delicate power control intention of operator allows table panning without giving stress to operator.
